They seem to be gunning for the final playoff spots and have won 5 of their last 10 games. They are on a 2-game winning streak and Rose has been a big reason for their rise after the trade of Jimmy Butler to the Philadelphia 76ers.

Rose has been averaging 18.2 points per game, along with 2.7 rebounds and 4.3 assists a game. He has turned into more of a shooting guard than his usual role as a point guard, though he has stepped in whenever the need arises. In the last game against the Knicks, Rose was rested and played just 8 minutes, scoring 4 points.
