#2 Bobby Portis

When the Washington Wizards acquired Bobby Portis from the Chicago Bulls ahead of the trade deadline, the franchise believed they were signing an undeveloped talent.

Portis had started just 27 times during his four seasons in Chicago, although after being unleashed in Washington's starting five, he averaged 14.2 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per contest.

The 24-year-old also knocked down almost 40% of his three-point attempts and Tony Jones of The Athletic is reporting that the Jazz are interested in pursuing a deal for the emerging talent.
Portis is a restricted free agent, so the Wizards would have 48 hours to match any deal that Portis agrees with the Jazz. However, Washington is believed to be open to making changes this summer ahead of a complete rebuild next summer, and it is unlikely that they will match a substantial offer.
