#1 Charlotte Hornets
Entering the summer, Kemba Walker was expected to sign a near-max extension that would tie him to the Charlotte Hornets for the remaining prime years of his career. However, Michael Jordan refused to commit such a large amount of money to his star man, and Walker left for Boston.
Following Walker's departure, the Hornets moved quickly to sign Terry Rozier to a three-year $58 million deal, although the 25-year-old remains unproven as a starter that is well known for his lack of maturity. Lin would provide the Hornets with an excellent backup option, and the 30-year-old's experience should also have a positive impact on Rozier's maturity and personal development.

Bringing Lin onboard should be a straightforward decision for the Hornets, and there is no doubting that he could add plenty to a franchise that has struggled to make any kind of impact over the past decade.
