#1 Carmelo Anthony
Out of all the remaining free agents, no individual has attracted more attention than Carmelo Anthony. The 35-year-old has not played since leaving the Houston Rockets back in November, and his last full season with the Oklahoma City Thunder was widely regarded as the worst of his career. Nevertheless, Melo still has plenty of support around the NBA, and while his game hasn't exactly aged well, he remains a player that is more than capable of scoring 20 points on any given night.
Anthony has also expressed his willingness to come off the bench after resisting the idea during his year with the Thunder and the veteran will be determined to prove his critics wrong. A move to the Brooklyn Nets has been speculated, and Anthony will certainly provide firepower to a team looking to bolster its bench.
