#2 De'Aaron Fox
After the Kings selected De'Aaron Fox as their 5th overall pick in 2017, the front office wouldn't have foreseen the sky-high ceiling that this man would bring to the table.
After he averaged almost 17 points per game in college, the NBA scouts knew his quickness and agility in handling the ball would fare well in the competitive league. Ever since donning the Kings jersey, Fox's evolution has materialized at an exponential rate. In just his sophomore year, he broke out with a career-high scoring average of 17.3 points along with 7.3 assists per game.

Shooting at an efficiency of over 46% from the field, the 21-year-old exhibited extreme control of the ball even while being the fastest man on the floor. Having played in all but one game during the last season, Fox's ability to consistently play at a high level and deliver for his team is something that is deserving of a surefire All-Star berth in the near future.
