Brandon Ingram - Arm Condition - Out For Season
Since the NBA resumed following the All-Star break, Brandon Ingram was playing the best basketball of his career, averaging 27.8 points and shooting 57 percent from the floor. However, Ingram has not featured since March 3, and the Lakers have now confirmed that he will miss the remainder of the season:
Brandon Ingram underwent successful thoracic outlet decompression surgery on his right arm today. The procedure was performed by Dr. Hugh Gelabert at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Ingram is expected to make a full recovery prior to the start of next season.

Former All-Star Chris Bosh suffered from a similar condition during the final years of his career and the injury ultimately forced him to retire. Nevertheless, the Lakers believe the 21-year-old will make a full recovery, and expect him to back for the opening night of the 19/20 season.
