Tacko Fall went undrafted in the 2019 NBA Draft, although the 23-year-old has spent the summer with the Boston Celtics attempting to win a spot on the roster. Fall's progress has generated significant levels of interest, and the Celtics announced last night that they have converted the rookies deal to a two-way contract.

The contract will allow Fall to spend 45 days in the NBA, and Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that the UCF product will play heavy minutes in the G-League:

The two-way contract move Sunday allows the Celtics to assign Fall to their G League affiliate in Maine, where they want him to play significant minutes and develop under new head coach Darren Erman.

Fall played four games during Summer League, averaging 9.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in just under 18 minutes per contest.
