During the 18-19 season, Carter made 76 appearances for the Atlanta Hawks, averaging 7.4 points and 2.6 rebounds while shooting 39 percent from beyond the arc.
Carter started his career with the Raptors back in 1998, and the former All-Star went on to become one of the NBA's best players during his six-season spell with the team.
