There's no denying that Cleveland Cavaliers rookie Evan Mobley has the city of Cleveland buzzing about the long-term potential of the 20-year-old big man. The Cavaliers selected Mobley as the third overall selection in the 2021 NBA Draft and he's been an impressive force on both sides of the ball throughout the first month of the 2021-22 NBA season.
Mobley continues to make a serious impact on the defensive side of the ball, an area that was his specialty in college while playing for USC. One of his most impressive performances last week came against the Los Angeles Lakers, in which Mobley finished with 23 points, six rebounds and two steals while shooting 10-of-16 from the field.

If you've been watching the NBA closely throughout the 2021-22 regular season, then you've most likely heard plenty about the performance of Scottie Barnes. The Toronto Raptors rookie has had the league buzzing as he's shown the ability to make a serious impact on both sides of the floor with his outstanding feel for the game.
Barnes has been one of the most impressive rookies in the entire NBA. He's been a big reason why the Toronto Raptors have had such early success to start the season. His most recent performance against the Indiana Pacers was an eye-opener, as Barnes went on to finish the game with 21 points and 12 rebounds while shooting 9-of-17 from the field.

After making his debut at the top of the Rookie of the Year power rankings last week, Indiana Pacers rookie Chris Duarte finds himself with the number one spot again. It's difficult to talk about the best rookie in the NBA without mentioning Duarte. He's been absolutely magnificent for the Pacers as he's come in right away and shown an ability to score from all over the floor.
Durate was selected 13th overall by the Pacers in the 2021 NBA Draft and he's shined from the moment he stepped on the court. One of his most impressive recent performances last week was against the Brooklyn Nets, in which Duarte went on to finish with 19 points and four rebounds on 9-of-19 shooting.
