#1 Marcin Gortat
Back on February 7, 2019, Marcin Gortat was waived by the LA Clippers, and according to Raptors Beat Reporter Josh Lewenberg, the Toronto organization could be about to make a move for the veteran:
The Raptors could use their vacant 14th roster spot to add some frontcourt depth/insurance. One player to keep an eye on is former Wizards C Marcin Gortat. Have heard there's mutual interest.

During his six month spell with the Clippers, Gortat was a regular starter, averaging 5.0 points and 5.6 rebounds in 16.0 minutes per game.
The 35-year-old also has plenty of recent postseason experience, and he most notably played an important role in the Washington Wizard's 2017 run to the East Semifinals. Ultimately, the Raptors may face a large amount of competition for Gortat's signature, although there is no doubting that the veteran would find minutes in the Raptors rotation.
