#1 Bradley Beal
The Washington Wizards are on the verge of a rebuild, and Bradley Beal continues to attract plenty of interest. Back in November of 2018, reports emerged that the Wizards were willing to trade Beal, although the franchise's stance is believed to have changed due to the 26-year-old's continued development.
Nevertheless, the Heat are desperate to add a second star to pair with Jimmy Butler, and Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald is reporting that the Heat has engaged Washington in trade talks:

During the 18-19 season, Beal averaged 25.6 points, 5.5 assists and 5.0 rebounds per game. Beal has two seasons remaining on his existing deal, and the Heat would have to offer the Wizards a comprehensive trade package to seal a deal. However, adding Beal would turn the Heat into a legitimate contender in the Eastern Conference.
