Another week in the Sixth Man of the Year power rankings features Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson in the thick of the discussion. After winning the award last year, Clarkson clearly has the potential to repeat this year. The second-round pick in 2014 has continued to put up strong performances and finds himself third this week.
The Utah Jazz (12-6) are third in the Western Conference rankings. Clarkson has struggled with his shooting efficiency, but he has the ability to improve in that area. The microwave scoring threat averaged 16.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game last week.

The Washington Wizards (11-7) have continued to be one of the more pleasant surprises in the NBA. The outstanding play of veteran forward Montrezl Harrell off the bench has been a key factor in that start. Since being acquired via trade this offseason, Harrell has turned into one of the league's top bench assets.
The energetic forward continues to put up impressive production across the board and has started to look like the player who previously won the Sixth Man of the Year award (in 2019-20 with the LA Clippers). In his last week, Harrell averaged 13.8 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game.

It shouldn't be much of a surprise to see Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro near the top of the Sixth Man of the Year power rankings again. Herro has simply been sensational, and he hasn't shown any signs of slowing down, powering the Miami Heat (12-7) to second place in the Eastern Conference.
In his last week, Herro averaged 21.8 points, 5.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game while shooting 47.8% from the field. As long as Herro continues to produce at this level, he's going to be tough to catch for the Sixth Man of the Year award.
