#4 Sidney Moncrief (1979-1989)
It's hard to find a Bucks player that managed to accomplish more than Sidney Moncrief, during their time with the team. During his spell with the Bucks, Moncrief was a five-time All-Star while earning All-NBA honours - picked once in the first-team, second team four times with an All-Defensive 1st team selection to boot. He was also named DPOY in two seasons.
Despite Moncrief's prime years being cut rather short by a multitude of injuries, he managed to cement his legacy in a Bucks jersey by making them important title contenders in the 1980s. Proving a very important piece both offensively and on the defensive end, he averaged 16.7 points, 5 rebounds and 3.9 assists during his decade-long tenure.

Moncrief arrived in 1979 at an opportune time, as the Bucks were seeking a successor to Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. He made an immediate impact, asserting himself from his first year where he was key to their postseason semi-final run in 1980. That was merely the beginning.
He helped them reach the Eastern Conference Finals twice, post the third-best winning percentage of the decade right behind the Lakers and Celtics. With Moncrief spearheading their core, Milwaukee were a strong NBA force throughout the decade - which makes him one of the best to ever wear a Bucks jersey.
