#3 Giannis Antetokounmpo (2013-present)
It is indeed true that Giannis Antetokounmpo hasn't yet won anything with the Bucks. At the same time though, it's important to remember that he's just entering the prime years of his career and that his best years in the league are still to come.
Since being drafted with the 15th pick in the 2013 draft, Giannis has improved exponentially and taken over as their undisputed star. If not for his efforts, they wouldn't have reached last year's Eastern Conference Finals - while they were heavy favourites to emerge from the East this season.

After many years of being an average team at best, Giannis helped Milwaukee become an elite team again and harbours serious aspirations of winning titles with them in future too.
Last year, he became the Bucks' second MVP in franchise history after Kareem Abdul-Jabbar - while he's looking to bring the NBA champioonship back to Milwaukee for the first time since 1971. Despite speculation over his future, the potential is limitless for Giannis, who has already cemented his place in Bucks history at age 25.
