#1 Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (1969-1975)
While he didn't enjoy the best years of his career in Milwaukee, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is undoubtedly the most decorated and accomplished player in franchise history.
He appeared in two NBA Finals, winning the only Championship in their history back in 1971 - while cementing his legacy with the team, courtesy of three league MVP accolades that he won during his six years there.

Unfortunately though, his popularity with their fanbase is not as high as expected. During his spell in the East, Kareem was involved in a variety of complicated situations and controversies, while his relationship with the organisation wasn't particularly good, despite excellent on-court results. This might have affected his lasting legacy in Milwaukee.
Nevertheless, Kareem was the center figure of the Bucks' best NBA years to date. He is, to this day, the organisation's most successful player and it'll certainly be interesting to see if Giannis Antetokounmpo is able to match or potentially surpass his legacy going forward into the future.
