#1 Raymond Felton
After the expiration of his contract with the L.A. Clippers in 2017, Raymond Felton joined the Thunder on a one-year deal. Up until his time with the Clippers, Felton had been a starter, although Felton was happy to accept a backup role to Russell Westbrook.
Felton's first season in Oklahoma City was a resounding success, as he averaged 6.9 points, 2.5 assists, and 1.9 rebounds, and he was the lone bright spark of a poor OKC bench. Felton opted to sign a new one-year extension during the summer, although the team has since acquired Dennis Schroder, and Felton has appeared in less than half of the Thunder's games this season.

The 34-year-old will attract a lot of interest from teams that are looking for a backup point guard, and the Thunder are likely to let the veteran move on if he requests a move.
