#2 Cristiano Felicio
Cristiano Felicio spent his early career playing for teams in his homeland such as Flamengo and Minas Tenis Clube. He made the move to the NBA in 2015 and was eventually signed by the Chicago Bulls.
The 26-year-old successfully increased both his minutes and production in each of his first three seasons with the franchise. However, the 2018-19 season has ended this upward trend.

Felicio is averaging just 10.4 minutes per game this season, and his contribution of 3.1 points per game is the lowest since he debuted in 2015.
The Brazilian is currently in the second year of a four year contract that he signed in 2017, and will earn an average of $8 million per season until 2021. But the center has almost slipped out of the Bulls rotation minutes, and the team should try to trade away Felicio and his overvalued contract.
