#1 Jabari Parker
Jabari Parker was selected by the Milwaukee Bucks with the second overall pick back in the 2014 NBA draft, and the forward seemed destined for big things in the NBA. But the 23-year-old's progress has been disrupted by a series of injuries, and he played in less than half of the Bucks games during his four seasons with the franchise.
Parker decided to pursue a new challenge in the summer of 2018 as he signed a two-year, $40 million contract with the Chicago Bulls. But he has already had his fair share of issues with the organization.

During the latter stages of 2018, Parker was completely dropped from the Bulls minutes selection, and he has since appeared in just two of the Bulls last fifteen games. Despite this, Parker still holds substantial trade value, and with a number of playoff teams chasing additions this month, the Bulls could get a number of assets in return for the ex Bucks man.
