#2 Solomon Hill
Solomon Hill is currently embarking on his third season with the Pelicans, although he has yet to become a regular contributor on the offensive end.
The 27-year-old is coming off a season in which he only made 19 appearances due to the need to have surgery to repair a torn hamstring, and so far during the 18/19 season, Hill is averaging just 4.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.3 assists.

The small forward has featured both from the starting five and bench, although he is only playing around 22 minutes each night, and has yet to establish himself as a pivotal part of the Pelicans team.
Hill's contract is also overpriced, as the former Pacers man will earn over $10 million for the next two seasons.
The Pelicans could sign a player on a veteran's minimum deal, who would offer the same impact, and ultimately the team should look to trade him away before the deadline.
