#2 Nerlens Noel
After leaving the Dallas Mavericks, Nerlens Noel joined the Oklahoma City Thunder during the 2018 offseason. The center signed a two-year deal worth just $1.7 million per season, and the move was applauded as one of the biggest steals of the summer.
During his time in Oklahoma City, the former Mavericks man has been tasked with playing backup to Steven Adams and Noel has excelled in this role. The 24-year-old is currently averaging 5.1 points and 4.6 rebounds a game, despite only playing 13.1 minutes a night, and Noel has finally given depth to the OKC bench.

Nevertheless, Noel can opt out of his contract at the end of the season, and the Thunder man would represent a major upgrade over the Sixers current backup options. The Thunder are also being linked with a trade for players such as Kevin Love, so if Noel becomes available, Philadelphia shouldn't hesitate to make a move.
