#2 Jordan Bell

The Golden State Warriors have not had much success with draft picks over the last few years, although this has been mostly down to the team's success, which has resulted in low draft picks. Despite this, the franchise had high hopes for Jordan Bell, who was picked with the 38th pick by the Chicago Bulls in the 2017 draft.

Bell was immediately traded to the Warriors for $3.5 million in cash considerations, and despite being a second-round pick, Bell was able to contribute well from the bench during his debut season. The 24-year-old averaged nearly 15 minutes-per-game, and Bell made a number of highlight reel dunks.

Despite this, Bell's playtime and productivity have both dropped considerably in his second season, and Steve Kerr seems reluctant to use him. Due to this, Bell may be dealt before the end of the month, which is a scenario that few Warriors fans would have predicted six months ago.
