#1 Terry Rozier
There is little doubt that Terry Rozier is currently the best point guard around the league that is seemingly available for trade. The 24-year-old has proved his ability to contribute from both the bench and as a starter, and the Celtics are in a position where they need to thin their roster.
During the 2018/19 season, Rozier has played 34 games for the Celtics, averaging 8.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.6 assists, although the point guard has started just two of those games.

During the 2018 playoffs, Rozier demonstrated his potential to have a much bigger impact, as he averaged 16.5 points, 5.7 assists, and 5.4 rebounds per contest. There is no doubting that the Celtics would like to keep their backup point guard, although Rozier has previously expressed his disappointment with his lack of minutes, and the Celtics will be forced to deal the guard due to his expiring contract.
