#2 Jabari Parker
Jabari Parker was selected by the Milwaukee Bucks with the second overall pick of the 2014 NBA draft, and he remained with the team until 2018. During his four seasons on the Bucks, Parker averaged 15.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 2.1 assists.
Over the summer, Parker joined the Chicago Bulls on a two-year, $40 million deal, and while the 23-year-old has performed well on the court, his relationship with the organization has quickly soured, and he has recently been taken out of the team's rotation.

Parker is now eligible for trade, and the Mavericks should look to target the power forward. So far this season, Parker is averaging 15.2 points-per-game, while shooting 45% from the field. Still aged just 23, Parker has plenty of time to develop, and the Bulls are likely to agree to a trade if the Mavericks are willing to include Wesley Matthews.
