The 26-year-old will most likely opt out of his player option this year and will enter the 2020 free agency market. The Phoenix Suns should try their best to sign Grant and fill the hole in their roster at the power forward position.
#4. Trey Lyles
The San Antonio Spurs are looking to make big splashes in the offseason this year and Trey Lyles could be one of their best trade assets. If the 24-year-old becomes available, NBA trade rumors suggest that the Phoenix Suns might be interested in the power forward.
The 6-foot-9 man looked better with every passing game this season and shot an impressive 38.7% from the 3-point line. With his ability to stretch the floor, Lyles can be a great frontcourt partner for the Suns' Deandre Ayton.
#5. Christian Wood
The Detroit Pistons' Christian Wood is another player who can solve the Suns' power forward issues. The 24-year-old averaged 13.1 points per game this season and shot 38.6% from downtown.
Wood will be an unrestricted free agent this season and the Phoenix Suns should make an attempt at signing him. Wood is still far from his prime and can be a great fit along with the rest of the Suns' young core.
