#2 Terry Rozier
While Devin Booker is able to play point guard, his playmaking ability does not match his scoring tendency. Due to this, the Suns will be looking to sign a young point guard that can grow alongside their promising duo of Booker and Deandre Ayton, and a move for Terry Rozier would make sense.
Rozier is still just 24 years old and the Celtics man has already demonstrated his ability to contribute as both a starter and from the bench. Last season during the playoffs, Rozier started in the absence of Kyrie Irving, and the guard went on to average 16.5 points, 5.7 assists, and 5.4 rebounds as the Celtics came within a game of reaching the NBA Finals.

Despite his 2018 playoff performances, Rozier has been relegated to the bench since Kyrie Irving's return from injury, and in 38 games for the Celtics this season, he has averaged 8.8 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.8 assists. The Celtics are reportedly looking to trade their backup guard, and Rozier would instantly make the Suns a better team.
