Brunson and Towns were the more dominant duo of the game, combining for 53 points for the Knicks to secure the 16th win of the season to get closer to the Magic.
Moritz Wagner and Tristan da Silva combined for 52 points, but the rest of the team wasn't as impactful on the scoreboard.

The New York Knicks vs Orlando Magic duel started with a close, hard-fought first quarter. Defenses prevailed in the first period as both teams scored 22 points. The Knicks drifted away in the second quarter, taking that period 29-19 and entering halftime up by 20 points. Jalen Brunson led the way with 14 points while Karl-Anthony Towns added 13 and Mikal Bridges 12.
On the other end, Moritz Wagner tried to carry the Magic with 15 points off the bench while Tristan da Silva contributed 14 units.
The Orlando Magic showed signs of life in the third quarter, winning the period by two points, but still trailing the Knicks by eight points. Moritz Wagner continued his good performance, adding nine points to his account while Goga Bitadze tried to become his sidekick after Tristan da Silva only scored two points.
The Knicks trio kept scoring to keep the Magic away despite their 26-point effort in the third quarter. New York bounced back with 25 points in the fourth quarter to defeat the Magic 25-24 and seal the deal with a 100-91 win.
Jalen Brunson scored 31 points, followed by 22 from Towns and 17 from Mikal Bridges. Moritz Wagner put on a show with 32 units while Tristan da Silva added 20, but it wasn't enough for the Floridians.
