Joy Taylor and Skip Bayless among the defendants in a lawsuit filed by former Fox Sports hairstylist
It seems like a lot of big names in Fox Sports have landed in troubled waters after a former employee of Fox Sports filed a sexual harassment lawsuit. According to a report by Front Office Sports, the plaintiff who goes by the name Noushin Faraji, has filed a 42-page lawsuit alleging sexual misconduct by Bayless and others in the company.
According to the lawsuit filed, Skip Bayless is alleged to have given the plaintiff "lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts." Faraji also alleged that despite trying to put a stop to his advances, Bayless continued and even offered $1.5 million to get in bed with her and continued his advances.
Faraji also alleged in the lawsuit that Fox Sports' Executive Vice President Charlie Dixon "grabbed her buttocks" while they were at a party. The lawsuit also mentions that following her encounter with Dixon, Faraji spoke to Joy Taylor about the encounter, who in return asked her to "get over it."
Faraji also alleged in the suit that Taylor began to insult her in the workplace, including mocking her for her English pronunciation.
Fox Sports issued a statement to Front Office Sports, stating that the company has no comment except they these "allegations seriously."
"We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation."
There has been no comment from either Dixon, Bayless or Joy Taylor.
