Amare Stoudemire's ex-wife Alexis Welch Stoudemire reacts to Kyle Kuzma's gf Winnie Harlow's swimwear shoot in Jamaica 

Kyle Kuzma's girlfriend and fashion model, Winne Harlow, recently took part in a swimwear shoot in the tropical haven of Jamaica. This shoot has earned Harlow plenty of praise, including from the ex-wife of a former NBA All-Star.

Alexis Welch Stoudemire, who was married for over eight years to former Phoenix Suns forward Amar'e Stoudemire, posted a heart emoji on Instagram to show her support for Harlow:

This emoji is a stamp of approval from Welch, who works as a digital creator in the fields of lifestyle and travel.

Both Welch and Harlow attended the 34th birthday celebration of actor and singer Teyana Taylor, which took place a few weeks ago in Miami. Also present at the event was La La Anthony, the ex-wife of scoring legend Carmelo Anthony.

Kuzma, who is playing in his fourth season for the Washington Wizards, has been in a relationship with Harlow since 2020. During the pandemic, Harlow moved to Los Angeles, as Kuzma was in the tail end of his stint with the Lakers.

Since getting together with Harlow, Kuzma has made a number of appearances on the fashion runway, including multiple walks at the New York Fashion Week. In a Dec. 2024 interview with The New York Post, the 6-foot-9 forward shared that discovering and rediscovering common interests has been key to keeping things fresh with Harlow:

“Being able to talk about interesting things," Kuzma said when asked about the secret to his relationship with the Canadian model. "Watching a movie together, and asking her what she saw. Really getting into each other’s minds.”

Kuzma emphasized that his curious nature is a defining trait that influences his romantic relationships, basketball career, and overall approach to life.

"I’m very inquisitive. I think that’s the number one thing. I ask questions to learn,” Kuzma told The New York Post. “I work really hard. I put in the hours so naturally, I’m confident and prepared.”

As trade rumors continue to swirl around Kuzma with the Feb. 6 NBA trade deadline approaching, he will continue to rely on his inquisitive nature and strong work ethic, along with the unwavering support of his girlfriend.
