Damian Lillard watched a clip of Jamie Foxx’s Netflix special “What Happened Was…” In the video, Foxx joked about how “the internet wanted him dead" and addressed his rumored altercation with Sean "Diddy" Combs. The actor added that many, including some in his audience, thought he was a clone.

Lillard reacted to the comedian’s hilarious spiel on Instagram via a story:

“‘That ain’t that N****’ got me crying.”

The Django Unchained star shared a story about having dinner with his daughter in Las Vegas, where she overheard a conversation:

“‘That ain’t that n****. That’s a clone. N****, N**** Diddy got that n****. That’s a clone. That ain’t Jamie Foxx.’”

Foxx repeatedly fired shots at Sean “Diddy” Combs throughout the show. The opening salvo was just as hilarious:

“The internet said that Puffy [Diddy] tried to kill me. … Hell naw, n****. I left them parties early! I was out by nine, n****. Something don’t look right, ni***. It’s slippery in here, n****.”

The Milwaukee Bucks star is a big fan of Jamie Foxx. In 2016, when the point guard released his debut rap album “The Letter O,” he featured Foxx and Lil Wayne in his work. It wasn’t surprising that he reacted to the comedian’s first show since suffering from what the actor called a “brain bleed” in April.

Damian Lillard enjoys downtime in Las Vegas before the NBA Cup semifinals

Damian Lillard is content to check shows while the Milwaukee Bucks have a downtime ahead of the NBA Cup semifinals. Lillard, Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks face Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

The Bucks punched their ticket to Sin City after beating the Orlando Magic 114-109 on Tuesday. Atlanta earned the right to face them after the Hawks beat the favored New York Knicks the following day.

Doc Rivers held a practice on Wednesday to get his team ready for the showdown against the Hawks. They will finetune their preparations on Friday before the highly anticipated event.
