Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards had a great time working out with Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant ahead of the Paris 2024 Olympics.
Durant is ramping up his return for Team USA as they near the start of their Group Stage games at the Olympics. Edwards was filmed putting up shots with one of his favorite players.
The Wolves star has eased his way as a significant contributor to the national team. So far, he's performed well for Team USA. In their 105-79 win against Serbia on July 17, Edwards finished with 16 points off the bench.

Now, he's helping KD in his return as the latter dealt with a leg injury and missed the first few practice games for the team. Watch the video below to see how the two stars help each other work.

Anthony Edwards is confident he'll excel in swimming
Fans are aware of how confident Anthony Edwards is when it comes to playing other sports. Edwards' competitive nature paired with his confidence is something that fans have enjoyed over the past few seasons.
Now that he's teammates with some of the best players in the world, his mentality hasn't changed.
In an interview with the TODAY show recently, Edwards boasted how he'd be a good participant in swimming.
"Freestyle," Edwards said when asked what swimming event he'd be good at in the Olympics. "I'm fast though."
When asked who among the players in Team USA would beat him, he answered honestly.
"They ain't no swimmers. They got Joel big Embiid, you got AD and Bam. They ain't swimming fast. Bron, he ain't swimming fast. KD, Kawhi, Tatum, they're not swimming fast at all. My only challengers are Book, when he might not know how to swim. Jrue might drown. And Haliburton, oh my God. If Haliburton beat me then I just need to never touch the water again."
Fans have not seen Ant-Man do competitive swimming till now. However, after his boast, they might well be curious to see him having a go at the sport.
