Throughout Anthony Davis' tenure with the LA Lakers, the 10-time all-star and his family have been photographed by the same photographer, April Belle. From family pictures to maternity photos for his wife, Marlen Planco Davis, the couple has continued to use Belle's services when they needed photos taken.

In the wake of the shocking trade that sent Davis to Dallas on Saturday, Belle wished the family well while posting a heartwarming tribute on Instagram. Thanks to her work with the family, she has had a chance to see the couple, as well as their kids, grow.

When Dallas Mavericks General Manager Nico Harrison acquired Davis, Belle was left feeling emotional as she bid farewell to the family. On Tuesday, she reflected on seeing the Davis family grow from three to five.

"I learned long ago that the NBA is a business… that families I work with and care about .. get moved around… @antdavis23 @iammarlendvs .. I have loved being along for the moments.. watching your beautiful family grow From three to five! … we may be a few hours away .. but I will be there whenever… Till then Xoxox," Belle captioned.

"I'm kind of over it," - Anthony Davis ready to hit the ground running in Dallas after blockbuster trade

Leading up to the NBA trade deadline, there have been no rumors suggesting that Anthony Davis could be on his way out of LA. However, the talk surrounding the team suggested that it would be looking to acquire a big man to bolster its frontcourt depth.

Players like Jonas Valanciunas, Walker Kessler and Robert Williams III were all mentioned as potential targets for LA, with the assumption being that Rob Pelinka would utilize the team's two first-round draft picks to make a trade.

Instead of bringing in a big man, the Lakers traded Davis to Dallas for Luka Doncic. While speaking to members of the press on Tuesday after his first morning shootaround in Dallas, Davis reflected on the trade.

While he said that he was shocked to find out that he had been traded just hours after congratulating his Lakers teammates for a win over the Knicks, he's ready to hit the ground running with the Mavericks.

"I mean, now I'm kind of over it, and just kind of getting ready to play with Dallas," Davis said.

He added that while he's sidelined, he hopes to return to action either Thursday when Dallas faces the Boston Celtics, or Saturday when the team hosts the Houston Rockets.
