Bronny James took the court again on Saturday night, helping the South Bay Lakers defeat the San Diego Clippers with a 119-111 score. The rookie has gotten more experience playing for South Bay, improving his numbers game after game.

He finished this game with a career-high in points with 16, four rebounds and two assists. James did better compared to his first games, but his 3-point shooting remains an issue as he shot 0-for-4 from long range during this game. After the game was over, James reflected on his game, saying that he's looking to get better with every game and is focused on doing everything he can to do so.

"I think it’s good. Game by game, trying to learn everything I can. Always just staying aggressive and playing my game. Playing for my teammates and coaches. It’s been good so far,” Bronny said.

After missing nine games due to a left heel contusion, Bronny James was activated for the San Diego Clippers matchup. He was out for nearly a month, having played for the last time since Nov. 10 against the Toronto Raptors. The game featured an explosive dunk from Bronny James that turned a lot of heads on social media.

His aggressiveness (or lack thereof) is something people have criticized him for, which is something James worked on Saturday night.

Gilbert Arenas said Bronny James lacked aggressiveness of his father

Ahead of his debut with the G League team, Gilbert Arenas talked about Bronny James' style of play. For the former NBA All-Star guard, James lacks the offensive aggression that his father has shown over 20 years of his career.

"The problem with Bronny's game is he's not aggressive," Arenas said. "When you're not looking to score, it becomes a problem."
"His game is passive all the way around."

Coming to the NBA, Bronny James was never known as a prolific scorer. In fact, his most notable traits were on defense, with some people comparing him to Jrue Holiday. He's now in the G League where he's expected to get the necessary experience to become a regular in the NBA.

If he gets where he needs to be, Bronny could have a solid career. The LA Lakers don't seem to have a clear vision after LeBron James retires, but his son and Dalton Knecht could lead a project for the Purple and Gold.
