Bronny James and LeBron James were the talk of the town at the Los Angeles Lakers' Media Day on Monday afternoon. The father-son duo appeared in pictures and interviews together.
During a press conference at media day, Bronny had a humourous answer after being asked if he and LeBron would be commuting to work together during the NBA season.
"Definitely not," James hilariously responded, talking with Dave McMenamin, an NBA reporter for ESPN.

Bronny James was selected by the Lakers in the second of the 2024 NBA Draft. In his lone season with the USC Trojans, James averaged 4.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.1 assists.
James will enter his rookie season playing alongside his dad as the first father-son tandem to play together in NBA history. The rookie guard is expected to split time between a role on the Lakers bench and the team's G League Affiliate, the South Bay Lakers, to enhance his development.
LeBron James' firstborn child inked his four-year deal worth $7.9 million back in July.
Bronny James discussed being scored on by his dad in a Lakers scrimmage
In a separate interview on Media Day, Bronny James discussed being scored on by LeBron James in a Lakers team scrimmage. James was asked to break down the situation in which the four-time MVP scored on him.
"We just got switched on, kind of, the mid-post area and [LeBron] spun baseline and went up and under. I jumped on the strong-side backboard, and he went up and under. The refs that were reffing that game, his foot stepped on the line a little bit. I got that stop, I believe I got that stop."
Bronny James smiled when discussing the play, taking credit for the defensive stop. Bronny also stated it was "for sure" different competing against LeBron in live competition rather than "in slides in the driveway".
The rookie's defensive ability is one of his best traits and is one that could help him carve out a significant role on the Lakers' bench in his first year.
