Bronny James continued to deliver for the South Bay Lakers in the G League with another impressive showing. In Saturday's 93-90 loss to the Cleveland Charge, Bronny dropped 23 points, nine rebounds and five assists on 7 of 14 shots, including 3 of 5 from 3. This was one of his most efficient and poised performances.

Over the past seven games, Bronny has found his groove, tallying 17.4 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.3 steals. He's getting quality reps with the Lakers' G League affiliate, with no playing time on offer in the team's main rotation.

Bronny struggled with his rhythm initially in his pro career and needed more time on the floor to play closer to his potential.

With that being the case in the G League, Bronny's confidence and skills are getting polished with every contest. On Saturday, he also committed only three turnovers, relatively lower than his usual rate, which is a good sign.

Lakers fans were hyped about Bronny James' growth of late, and one user even compared him to Nikola Jokic as one of the best second-round picks in the NBA.

"Bronny might go down as the best second rounder behind Nikola Jokic," the X user wrote.

One fan taunted Bronny James' critics, saying:

"Did we really 'waste' a pick? Or did we get a steal at #55?"
"Bronny haters quiet now," another said.

One fan said the Lakers could use him instead of LeBron James against the Kings tonight. LeBron is out with an illness.

"We need the Prince on the main roster tonight in place of the King," the fan said.

One user passed a bold opinion claiming Bronny would better LeBron:

"He gon be better than his dad"
"redemption incoming," another said.
