The Brooklyn Nets are set to face the Portland Trail Blazers in a regular-season matchup on Tuesday. Struggling to find consistency this season, the Nets currently sit 12th in the Eastern Conference standings with a 13-26 record through 39 games.

Ahead of its matchup against Portland, Brooklyn is dealing with significant injury concerns, with nine players listed on its injury report.

D'Angelo Russell is questionable due to a right shin contusion, which has sidelined him for the last four games. Ben Simmons is also questionable, managing a combination of lower back issues and left knee soreness.

Simmons played in the Nets' narrow loss to the Utah Jazz on Sunday. Similarly, Nic Claxton, who is dealing with right hamstring tightness, is questionable after also featuring in the Jazz game.

Cam Johnson is questionable with a right ankle sprain. The forward, frequently mentioned in trade rumors ahead of the Feb. 7 deadline, has missed the last five games for Brooklyn.

Meanwhile, several players have been ruled out for Tuesday’s contest. Trendon Watford (left hamstring strain), Bojan Bogdanovic (left foot injury recovery), Maxwell Lewis (left tibia fracture), De'Anthony Melton (left ACL tear) and Cam Thomas (left hamstring strain) will all be unavailable.

The Nets will need to overcome these challenges as they look to improve their season against the Trail Blazers.
