Caitlin Clark and Tyrese Haliburton's gf Jade Jones shoutout Pacers star for historic night vs Heat

Caitlin Clark and Tyrese Haliburton's girlfriend, Jade Jones, gave him shoutouts after a historic night against the Miami Heat in Thursday's 128-115 win for the Indiana Pacers. Haliburton created NBA history after becoming the first player to record 33 points and 15 assists with zero turnovers since turnovers were first recorded in 1977.

Clark and Jones took to Instagram to express their support for Haliburton. Clark re-posted a story, showing his record, and Jones did the same while writing a one-word message.

Tyrese Haliburton has had an even season by his standards. He's averaging 17.6 points, 3.7 rebounds and 8.6 assists per game, shooting a career-low 43.2%, including 34.5% from 3. He's shown flashes of his ultimate potential, but the consistency he displayed over the past two seasons hasn't been there.

Haliburton will hope this momentum-swinging performance helps him string together a solid run. It would be huge for the Pacers, who have dropped a game under .500 (17-18) with the All-Star break a month away.

Tyrese Haliburton has Caitlin Clark's support this season

Indiana sports rising stars Tyrese Haliburton and Caitlin Clark's friendship has seemingly grown since the latter joined the Indiana Fever last year. The point guards have bonded over basketball and have frequently been at each other's games. Haliburton spent most of his offseason supporting Clark in her rookie season by attending the Fever's home contests.

Clark returned the favor and had her friend's back amid a rough season. She's been to multiple Pacers games, including a couple where Haliburton dropped 30-point outings. He had 35 points and 14 assists in a 132-121 win against the Knicks on Nov. 11. On Nov. 25, in a 114-111 win over the Pelicans, Haliburton tallied 34 points, 13 assists and shot nine 3s.

Their most recent public appearance together was at Caitlin Clark's boyfriend, Connor McCaffery's Butler Bulldogs game on Dec. 14. McCaffery is an assistant coach with the team. Tyrese Haliburton and Jade Jones joined Clark to support McCaffery and the Bulldogs.
