Charles Barkley has always had a big personality. He says what's on his mind, and loves being the center of attention.
Following his playing days, Barkley took his talents to the broadcasting side of the game. He co-hosts the popular basketball show, "Inside the NBA," with Shaquille O'Neal, Kenny Smith, and Ernie Johnson. It has become an award-winning program.
Due to their success on TNT, Charles Barkley and Ernie Johnson started their own podcast called "The Steam Room." The two discuss an array of topics both related and unrelated to basketball.
During a recent episode, Barkley brought up something that left Johnson speechless. The Hall of Fame big man was throwing out ideas for a tattoo. He came up with a hilarious concept for a tattoo on his butt.

"I was thinking about the tattoo, about my mom. I'm going to get two big M's on my ass."
"So, when I'm standing right up it's going to say MOM. When I stand upside down it's going to be WOW."
Johnson did not know how to respond, and eventually said something he would regret. Johnson asked where the "O" would come from. Charles Barkley could not contain his laughter.
Charles Barkley did the right thing by staying with TNT
Right before the NBA season kicked off, big news broke regarding the "Inside the NBA" crew. TNT announced that Charles Barkley, Shaquille O'Neal, Kenny Smith, and Ernie Johnson all agreed to long-term extensions with the network.
"It's been a journey of a life to work on the show. With Charles, Kenny and Shaquille at the desk and alongside such an amazingly talented crew behind the scenes. I'm very blessed." - Ernie Johnson
There were some mixed reactions, but overall most fans were excited that the group stuck together.
Barkley was reportedly exploring other ventures. The former Phoenix Suns big man was interested in becoming a broadcaster for LIV Golf, but nothing came about. Instead, he opted to stick with Shaq and the gang on TNT.
The reason why the "Inside the NBA" crew are successful is because of the relationship they have with one another. If any of the members had to be replaced, the show wouldn't be the same. Re-creating what the four of them do would be close to impossible.
Even after 20 years of working together, Barkley can still leave Johnson speechless. All we can do is wait and see if Barkley goes through with the tattoo.
