The LA Clippers defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 132-119 on Tuesday at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.
Kawhi Leonard finished with 33 points, seven rebounds, four assists and four steals. He shot 12-for-19, including 5-for-6 from the 3-point line. Ivica Zubac had a monster double-double performance on his 28th birthday, scoring 28 (13-for-18 shooting) and grabbing 20 boards.
James Harden had 22 points, nine assists and four rebounds on 5-for-18 shooting (2-for-11 from beyond the arc). Bogdan Bogdanovic contributed 20 points, seven assists and four rebounds off the bench. He went perfect from the field (8-for-8), including four 3-pointers. Norman Powell scored 11, while Derrick Jones Jr. added 10.

Max Strus led Cleveland with 24 points and four rebounds on 8-for-12 shooting, including 5-for-8 from the 3-point line. Donovan Mitchell finished with 18 points and 11 assists on 5-for-18 shooting (2-for-9 on 3-pointers). Darius Garland had 17 points, five rebounds and eight assists, while Evan Mobley added 17 on 7-for-12 shooting.

De'Andre Hunter contributed 17 points on 7-for-10 shooting (3-for-6 from downtown) off the bench. Jarrett Allen finished with eight points and eight rebounds, while Ty Jerome added 10.
LA outrebounded Cleveland 49-29. The Clippers also shot 45.7% from downtown (16-for-35), while the Cavs went just 34.1% (14-for-41). LA ended the night shooting 54.8%.
With the win, the Clippers (39-30) extended their winning streak to four games. They have now won seven of their previous eight. They sit at the eighth spot in the Western Conference and are just a game behind the sixth and final guaranteed playoff seed.
On the other hand, the Cavaliers (56-12) have lost for the second consecutive time after winning 16 straight games. On Sunday, the Orlando Magic snapped Cleveland's streak with a 108-103 win. The Cavs are now tied with the OKC Thunder for the NBA's best record.
The teams will meet again on March 30 at the Rocket Arena (formerly Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse) in Cleveland, Ohio.

At the end of the first quarter, the Cleveland Cavaliers had a 45-37 lead over the LA Clippers. Donovan Mitchell led the Cavs with 10 points and five assists. De'Andre Hunter scored 10 off the bench. On the other hand, James Harden had 11 points and four assists to lead the Clippers.

Harden led LA in scoring with 15 at the half. Kawhi Leonard and Norman Powell scored 11 apiece, while Ivica Zubac contributed nine points and eight rebounds.
The Clippers outscored the Cavaliers 38-29 in the third quarter to take a 106-102 lead heading into the final frame. Leonard scored 15 in the quarter and had a game-high 26 points at that point.
In the final quarter, LA held Cleveland to just 17 points en route to its 39th win this season.
