"All good. LeBron is already a billionaire. First active player/billionaire," one person tweeted.
"Lol if Bron wanted the max he’d get the most money but he’s going his team a favour," another said.

It is important to note that this list only takes into consideration players' salaries and endorsement deals. Both Steph Curry and LeBron James have several business ventures outside of the NBA.

Who rounds out the top five highest earners after Steph Curry and LeBron James?

Seeing Steph Curry and LeBron James as the league's top two earners makes sense. After all, they dominated the league in the past decade.

Surprisingly, Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum aren't in the top five, despite signing an extension worth more than $300 million in 2023 and 2024, respectively. In fact, neither of them are in the top 15.

The league's third-top earner for the 2024-25 season is Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo,, who earned $103.8 annually. He is also the only player besides Curry and James to break past the $100 million barrier.

Next on the list is Curry's former Warriors teammate Kevin Durant with $97.9 million. Giannis' teammate Damian Lillard with $66.7 million rounds out the top five.
