Damian Lillard's ex-wife, Kay'la Lillard, shared an Instagram story on Tuesday of her snuggling up with their kids. The four of them were dressed in matching Grinch pajamas as the family prepared for Christmas.
Kay'la shared multiple stories of her kids and herself celebrating Christmas Eve. Posting a picture of herself alongside her twins Kali and Kalii, the family was seen wearing cute Grinch Pajamas as she sat beside a well-lit Christmas tree filled with presents in her first story.
The following story featured her son Damian Jr. wearing a pair of Christmas-themed glasses, as he gave his mom a smug smile. Another story showed the four of them snuggling in bed with their matching pajamas as Damian could be heard talking into the camera:
"I ate my banana cornbread!" he said before wishing everyone a Merry Christmas alongside his mother.

Damian Lillard and Kay'la Hanson's relationship timeline
After first meeting during their time at Webber State University in 2011, the couple were together for over 10 years. During this time, the couple went through a lot and supported each other in their journey.
Almost 10 years after their first meeting, the two tied the knot in 2021 after Dame proposed to her during the 2020 NBA All-Star game. The pair welcomed their son in 2018, while they announced the birth of their twins months before their nuptials in 2021.
Speaking about the marriage in 2022, Dame expressed nothing but love for his wife as he shared his thoughts as a married man:
"It meant a lot to me, I was just like, I'm cool with [the way things are.] [They are] the people that I can't live without." Lillard said.
A year later, Lillard filed for divorce from his wife. The papers stated that the couple had "irreconcilable differences" in the relationship which led to "the irremediable breakdown of their marriage."
