NBA Youngboy is one of the up-and-coming rap artists, and he apparently has a lot of fans in the league. Danny Green recently opened up on how one of the league's brightest young teams listens to him non-stop.
As an established veteran and former champion, Danny Green has typically found himself on contending teams. However, after being traded last offseason, he is now with a young group on the rise.
Green hasn't gotten to take the floor for the Memphis Grizzlies yet, but he still spends time around the team. Once he fully recovers from an ACL injury suffered during the last playoffs, the veteran sharpshooter will likely be in the mix.

“Coming here it made me realize why he’s No. 1. … All they do is listen to Youngboy all day. From morning to night, from shoot around to the game, it’s NBA Youngboy”
NBA Youngboy and his music are working for the Memphis Grizzlies
Some might not be fans of NBA Youngboy, but the rapper seems to have found a loyal group in the Memphis Grizzlies. More importantly, they should stick with his music as it appears to be working.
Last season, the Grizzlies shocked the NBA world by finishing second in the Western Conference. So far this year, they are proving it was no fluke. Through 12 games, they sit at a record of 8-4, good for fifth place in the standings.
What sticks out most from the Grizzlies so far this season is their backcourt play. Ja Morant continues to reach a superstar level, while Desmond Bane is proving to be an All-Star level talent.
In the early stages of the year, Morant and Bane are among the top guard duos in the league. The All-Star guard is posting averages of 28.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 6.9 assists. His counterpart isn't far behind him with 24.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game.
Despite being one of the youngest teams in the league, Memphis is on the cusp of being a legitimate contender in the league. If the rapper's music has been a factor in their success, then NBA Youngboy might be forced to pull up to a Grizzlies game and perform in front of the squad.
