Murray’s latest injury is expected to sideline him for at least four to six weeks. The Pelicans acquired Murray in the offseason, hoping the young star would lead their offense in a competitive Western Conference.

In his official debut for New Orleans, the former Atlanta Hawks guard showcased his skills, posting 14 points, 8 rebounds, 10 assists and one steal on 4-of-15 shooting. Although he missed all his 3-point attempts, he converted 6 of 7 free throws.
