NBA fans are worried about Cooper Flagg after the Washington Wizards completed a no-win November. The Wizards lost to the Milwaukee Bucks 124-114 on the final day of the month. They went 0-14 in November after winning their first two games of the season in the final week of October.

Jordan Poole had 31 points, four rebounds and seven assists, but it wasn't enough to prevent a Bucks win. The Wizards were without Kyle Kuzma due to injury, with Malcolm Brogdon stepping in to drop 29 points, 11 rebounds and three assists.

However, Giannis Antetokounmpo went wild and got himself a monster triple-double of 42 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists. Damian Lillard added 25 points, five rebounds and 10 assists, while AJ Green scored 13 points off the bench.

The Washington Wizards are going to be one of the favorites to land the first pick in the 2024 NBA Draft. The current consensus No. 1 player in the draft class is Duke's Cooper Flagg. However, fans are hoping that the Wizards won't win the lottery and Flagg lands in a better situation.

"Don't let Cooper go there. It'll ruin his career," a fan tweeted.
"NBA gotta veto Flagg from going there. Sh*t is career ending," one fan wrote.
"Flagg to the Wizards is bad for him and the league," another fan claimed.

The 2025 WNBA Draft is seven months away, so there are still a lot of things that could happen. Flagg is not the only prospect to watch this season, as Dylan Harper and Ace Bailey have been making some noise for Rutgers.

"Cooper Flagg will be dreading the draft," a fan replied.
"If Cooper Flagg gets drafted to the Wizards, he's going to retire the same day," one fan opined.
"Poor Cooper Flagg," another fan commented.

Other teams that will likely be in the running for the No. 1 pick are the Philadelphia 76ers, Toronto Raptors, Utah Jazz and the New Orleans Pelicans.

NBA executive thinks Cooper Flagg will get more hype than Chet Holmgren

In an interview with ESPN last month, an anonymous Western Conference executive said that Cooper Flagg would get more coverage next year.

The exec believes that Flagg is set to break all the trope regarding white players in the NBA.

"Europeans are white and they've been balling for years," the executive said. "I guess it's just we haven't seen an American-born white dude projected this high in a while. Chet is pretty damn good, though.
"He's probably the best American-born white dude in the league at the moment. I don't recall it ever getting brought up much with him, for what it's worth, and he had some buzz going No. 1, just not as much as Cooper."

Flagg is an athletic forward standing at 6-foot-9 and can play multiple positions.

He's a great help defender and has the bounce to be successful on that end. He has been compared with many NBA greats like LeBron James, Jayson Tatum, Scottie Pippen, Shawn Marion and Andrei Kirilenko.
