Nick Young last played in the NBA in 2018, but even though he was never a superstar, he had some iconic and bizarre moments. From the 3-pointer that didn't go in, to being the most proficient scorer in one of the worst LA Lakers teams of all time, he was always in the spotlight.
One of those moments was when D'Angelo Russell recorded him talking about cheating on his then-fiancée, Iggy Azalea. The tape was leaked, and eventually, the hip-hop star broke the engagement.
The years have gone by but fans haven't forgotten about it. They still take to social media to call out Russell and call him a snitch, and Young has had some tough words for him as well.

On Tuesday's edition of "Gil's Arena," former NBA star Gilbert Arenas asked him why he never fought Russell because of that.
Nick Young reveals why he didn't beat D'Angelo Russell up
Young said that as soon as the tape got leaked, then-Lakers GM Mitch Kupchak told him that they would fine him and take his money away if he did anything to hurt Russell:
"F***ing Mitch Kupchak and them told me, don't come to the arena, don't come to practice, none of that," Young said. "If you do anything we gonna take your money."
Once he arrived at the practice facility, there was a lot of security to make sure nothing happened.
"Then when I got there, there was security there all around," Young said. "So, I couldn't get a chance to (beat him up). Once I seen him the next season, s*** had died down then."
D'Angelo Russell moved on
The Lakers hoped that Russell would be the franchise's savior, but that wasn't the case. They moved him to the Brooklyn Nets, where he took a big leap and became an All-Star. He then had stints with the Golden State Warriors and Minnesota Timberwolves before getting traded back to the Lakers last year.
On the other hand, Young went on to win an NBA championship with the Warriors in 2018. He played four games with the Denver Nuggets the following season but was eventually waived.
