Kevin Durant doesn't hold back when it's time for him to share his two cents. The same goes for when he's met with odd encounters.
The Brooklyn Nets forward had a hilarious reaction to the theatrics of Kid the Wiz while he was off the court. In the video, former America's Got Talent contestant showed off his hat-catching skills when he tossed his cap and caught it without using his hands.
Durant couldn't hide the fact that he wasn't entirely impressed with what happened and simply just stared at the camera. Fans quickly took to Twitter to empathize with the NBA star's experience. Here are some of the most hilarious tweets from KD's encounter with Kid the Wiz.

Durant may have had to go through an awkward situation, but at least it only lasted a while.
Kevin Durant could win another MVP this season
The Nets' star player is having another MVP-worthy season as he led the team to the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference. This happened after The Nets had a sluggish start to their campaign and were met with a series of controversies. KD's exceptional work breathed new life into the team.
Durant and the Nets seem to have built a level of trust with each other. He expressed this after their win against the Washington Wizards.
"We're building something, we gotta continue to keep fine tuning." Durant said.
So far this season, the 2014 MVP is averaging 30.0 points, 6.7 rebounds and 5.5 assists. Durant is also shooting with good efficiency on the floor, making 55.9% of his shots from the field and 34.6% of his attempts from the three-point mark. KD is tied with Donovan Mitchell for the seventh spot in the league's latest MVP rankings.
His rank could go up if he keeps playing at his best this season. Additionally, the situation with the Nets is now better than before.
Kevin Durant has high praise for Bradley Beal
In the Nets' last outing, they matched up against the Wizards and won easily. Even though Bradley Beal didn't suit up for Washington last Monday night, Kevin Durant still gave compliments to the three-time All-Star. During the post-game press conference, KD shared what makes Beal great.
"He's a Hall of Famer, All-Star player. Take that away from your team, you're trying to figure out where that impact's gonna come from," Durant said.

Beal has missed the last four games due to a right hamstring strain. Although the Wizards aren't contenders, his absence has taken a toll on their team record. Beal's numbers are down this season, averaging only 22.9 points, 3.7 rebounds and 5.4 assists in 18 games.
