LeBron James is the NBA's all-time leader in scoring, as well as the most points on Christmas games. James is set to play in his 19th game on Dec. 25 against the Golden State Warriors. But before that, fans reacted to a hilarious meme comparing "The King" to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Barstool Sports got into the holiday spirit by sharing a meme featuring James. It was about Santa Claus wanting to have more light on a foggy as he tried to deliver all the presents to kids around the world. He needed Rudolph and his nose to light the way.
One of the most popular LeBron memes is when anybody steps up or is the best at something, a highlight of the four-time NBA champion is shown during his peak with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

NBA fans are all about spreading holiday cheer and the Christmas spirit, so they gave some joyous reactions to the post. On the other hand, it's Barstool Sports so some fans might think they're calling LeBron James a "system" player given that Rudolph is "useless" when it's not foggy.
"Rudolph said, 'Put the team on my back, Santa!'" a fan tweeted.
"Bro was a system reindeer. Why do y’all glorify him? one fan asked.
"Rudolph is the Jayson Tatum of reindeers," another fan joked.
Rudolph is quite possibly the most popular reindeer in the world, with LeBron James as the most popular basketball player today.
"Only necessary if it’s foggy. More of a utility player IMO," a fan wrote.
"Rudolph is a Fog merchant and played in a weak era," one fan claimed.
"Real ones know Dasher carried that lineup, Rudolph was a system reindeer," another fan commented.
LeBron James set to face Steph Curry in 2024 Christmas showdown
For just the fourth time in their careers, LeBron James and Steph Curry are facing each other on Christmas. James has won two of the three games in 2016 and 2018, while Curry got the first one back in 2015.
The most memorable Christmas game between James and Curry happened in 2016 in Cleveland. It was a back-and-forth battle, with Kyrie Irving hitting the game-winning shot over Klay Thompson.
Speaking to reporters on Monday night after the LA Lakers' loss to the Detroit Pistons, James commented on his upcoming matchup against his Team USA teammate. He cherishes these kinds of moments because he doesn't know how many he has left in his legendary career.
"Any time you get an opportunity to be on the court and compete versus one of the greatest to ever play this game, you don't take it for granted," James said, according to Sports Illustrated. "I don't know how many more opportunities will get to go against each other, so it's always fun."
James is averaging 24.3 points, 11.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.0 blocks in those three games against Curry.
