Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler debuted an interesting hairstyle midway through the 2022-23 season. As much as Butler loves his new look, the fans aren't giving him an easy time in sharing what they think of it through the internet.
Before the start of the season, Butler showed off his dreadlocks during the team's media day. In doing so, all his photos for this season are of him rocking the dreadlocks. This time, the defensive forward is back, trying to promote a different and fascinating hairstyle.
The former Marquette forward now has a different hairstyle. The 6-foot-7 All-Star has a new braided look, with beads at the ends of his hair. After a photo of him was posted on Twitter by Heat insider Ira Winderman, fans couldn't help but poke fun at the six-time All-Star.

Jimmy Butler's inavailability has been a huge struggle for the Miami Heat
Jimmy Butler and the Heat (19-18) have struggled since the start of the 2022-23 season. Miami, which had the best record in the Eastern Conference last season (53-29) but has never been more than one game over .500 this season, is seventh in the East. They would be in a better position if they had their star forward available at all times.
The Houston native has only played 23 games this season, which is one of the reasons why the team hasn't been impressive. Miami is 12-11 with Butler. His absence gave the Heat a ton of concern as to how they've performed. He last played more than five games in a row at the start of the season.
Since then, he hasn't been able to contribute much. Butler has been in and out of the lineup due to many injuries. On the bright side, he's been excellent on nights where he's been able to play. Butler is averaging 21.8 points, 6.7 rebounds and 5.8 assists while shooting 52.8%, including 34.0% from beyond the arc.
Miami will have to do more as a team, rather than rely on Jimmy Butler's production this season. It's clear that he isn't 100%, which has caused him to miss 14 games.
