A massive brawl broke out in the third quarter of the Orlando Magic vs Minnesota Timberwolves game on Friday night at the Target Center. Five players were ejected in the aftermath of the fight, with the Magic earning a 127-120 win.
It's the second melee in a row in as many days in the NBA following the Donovan Mitchell-Dillon Brooks fiasco on Thursday. Mo Bamba of the Magic and Austin Rivers of the Timberwolves threw punches, which could result in hefty fines and suspensions.
So, how long will the players involved in the fight be suspended? According to the NBA rule book, a fine not exceeding $50,000 and/or a one-game suspension could be imposed on players involved in a brawl. The league could also further investigate the incident, hand additional fines or even extend the suspension.

This is not the first incident involving the Orlando Magic this season. They were involved in a melee with the Detroit Pistons last December. A total of 11 players were suspended, eight from the Magic and three from the Pistons.
Killian Hayes of the Pistons was suspended for three games after throwing a punch at Moritz Wagner of the Magic. Austin Rivers and Mo Bamba could be looking at a three-game suspension depending on the NBA's investigation and final ruling.

After a lengthy review by the officials of the Orlando Magic vs Minnesota Timberwolves brawl, a total of five players were ejected. Mo Bamba and Jalen Suggs of the Magic, and Austin Rivers, Jaden McDaniels and Taurean Prince were thrown out of the game.
The fight started when Rivers was heckled by the Magic bench. Rivers proceeded to approach the bench alone, with Bamba welcoming him with a punch. The two players exchanged shots as officials and players tried to break up the fight.
Suggs appeared to have tackled Rivers from the back, while McDaniels and Prince had to be held back by teammates. The drama was far from done, with Bamba posting a meme as a shot at Rivers, who also responded on Instagram.

The Orlando Magic came away with a 127-120 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves. Cole Anthony led the Magic with 20 points, eight rebounds and six assists off the bench. Moritz Wagner added 19 points, while Bol Bol had 14 points. The Orlando bench was the difference maker in the game.
Meanwhile, D'Angelo Russell had 29 points, ten rebounds and six assists for the Timberwolves. Anthony Edwards contributed 19 points, five rebounds and five assists, while Rudy Gobert added 15 points and seven rebounds.
