While most basketball fans' attention is on the playoffs, former Minnesota Timberwolves big man Gary Trent Sr. briefly stole the spotlight. Trent Sr., who played in the NBA from 1995–2004, showed up at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to support his former team.
However, it was not just his mere presence that attracted the attention of the fans. Trent Sr. was seen wearing an eye-catching coat. His outfit came center stage when he was interviewed.
Fans made jokes about his massive fur coat, with one fan likening it to the hit George R.R. Martin fantasy novel and HBO series Game of Thrones. However, that was just one response to the outfit.

"Gary got that shit on with that Game of Thrones fit," tweeted @ZenMasterMike.
"Frank Lucas would like to have a word with Gary. Haha," responded @JeremyPond, referring to the late criminal who had a penchant for wearing similar outfits.
Meanwhile, other fans simply wondered if this was something that the former Timberwolves big man usually wore.
"What is bro wearing," tweeted @ ClutchNBA_
"Is Gary Trent Sr. always rocking the mink?" wondered @KLOEforLIFE
Meanwhile, @SalCali simply wondered who he is, asking "Who is he?"
The questions did not stop there, as one fan who was able to recognize Trent Sr. simply needed to know why Trent Sr. was in attendance.
"Lol why is he here," asked @OGSkol.
His son, Gary Trent Jr., who previously played for the Portland Trail Blazers, is currently a member of the Toronto Raptors.

Minnesota Timberwolves dominated the second quarter against the Phoenix Suns
The first set of games for the NBA Playoffs' opening round are off to a blazing start. Out in the East, the Cleveland Cavaliers triumphed over the Orlando Magic in a game that wasn't quite close (97-83).
The Timberwolves are looking to do the same against the Phoenix Suns and after a closely contested opening frame where the Wolves found themselves trailing by just one point (28-27), they exploded in the second quarter, outscoring their opponents by 11 points.
The Wolves kept coming in the second quarter, dropping 34 points compared to the Suns' 23. By the time the first half ended, and at the time of writing, the Wolves had a 61-51 lead.
However, no lead is safe, not in the NBA and especially not in the playoffs. If the Timberwolves want to secure Game 1 and keep pressing their advantage, they'll need to play the same way in the last two quarters.
