Fans ribbed LeBron James for seemingly switching sides in the Drake vs Kendrick Lamar beef. Earlier today, the LA Lakers star made a shoutout post for Drake's newly released Nike “Certified Lover Boy” Air Force 1 on his Instagram story.
Amid the beef between the two heavyweight rappers, fans thought that James had chosen a side. He attended Kendrick Lamar's concert in Inglewood two months ago. He even told Steph Curry that he loves Lamar's diss track "Not Like Us" during a Team USA practice.

Since fans were convinced that James was on Lamar's side in the beef, seeing him promote Drake prompted a lot of reactions.
"Doing that after attending a Kendrick concert is crazy work," a fan wrote.
James was at the concert with his wife, Savannah. A fan wrote that once James got away from his wife, the Lakers star changed sides.
"Bro gets away from Savannah and starts tweaking," a fan wrote.
Some of the fans had a similar reaction, accusing the superstar of backtracking.
"LeBron switching sides again," a fan wrote.
"Doing this after the Kendrick concert is wild. Talk about backtracking," another fan wrote.
Some fans alleged that James himself didn't know which side to choose.
"Bro doesn't know what team he's on," another fan wrote.
"Bron been confusing throughout this beef," another fan wrote.
LeBron James never really picked a side in Drake vs Kendrick Lamar beef
LeBron James is a great basketball player, a great businessman, and he is also a big music lover. It is almost an everyday thing for him to workout with the music booming in his gym. Just like any other big music fan, James loves the battle between Drake and Kendrick Lamar.
After Drake dropped his "Drop and Give Me 50” diss track, James took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to give his take on the beef.
“Nothing like 2 heavyweights doing What They Do Best! For the love off of the sport,” James wrote.
LeBron James had previously attended Kendrick Lamar’s concert in Inglewood, California, with his wife, Savannah James. Other NBA players like DeMar DeRozan, James Harden and Russell Westbrook also attended the show.
After his latest post, it seems like LeBron James is just here for the good music while the heavyweights continue to write songs and entertain fans. Moreover, it can't be entirely disregarded that it could be a business move from James.
